ibn al Shatir Replica Sundial

The Ibn al Shatir sundial sits in the Great Mosque of Damascus, a place it has held since 1371 AD.  Now a replica sundial is proposed for Observatory Park in Virginia.  This astronomical center intends to have replicas of many famous and historic sundials for public education.
