This is the Carroll Moore Dial, but these dials built by Erikson appear throughout the United States. They are equatorial dials which are read on the front from spring until fall. Then you have to read the back face of the dial from fall through winter back to spring. Accompanying the dial is a chart, the Equation of Time, to change sun (solar) time into local zone clock time.
