Meet Other Sundialist at the 16th Annual Conference

This year the North American Sundial Society will hold its annual conference Thursday through Sunday 12-15 August 2010 in Burlington, VT.

During our sundial tour, NASS dialists will stop at the Inn at Shelburne Farms on the shores of Lake Champlain for lunch. The inn was originally the 19th-century country home of Dr. William Seward and Lila Vanderbilt Webb. Restored in 1987, the inn today retains its historic character and continues the tradition of warmth, informal elegance and hospitality enjoyed by guests for more than a century.

Confirmed talks this year include: Antique Hour Lines, Dialing With Dollars, The Last Scratchings of an Old Bird, Paper, Sundials, James Hartness and Russell Porter - Sundials and Sunclocks, Sundials on Malta, The Sundial of Ibn al-Shatir, and Geotagging Sundials.
